Star Performer & EPC Leadership
Honored with the “Star Performer of the Year” award by the Tamil Nadu Chamber EPC – Export Promotion Centre at the “Export Summit 2024.” This recognition led to my election by the chairman as an Executive Committee Member, where I now contribute to shaping export strategies and supporting fellow exporters.
BNI Presidency & Chapter Revival
Elected as the “6th President of BNI India – Madurai – Kadambas Chapter,” I led a transformative tenure. Through focused activities and trainings, we achieved the “Active Chapter of the Month” award twice—a first in the chapter’s history—setting a new benchmark for performance and engagement.
Convenor for Export Logistics
As the sole convenor, I orchestrated the “Export Logistics” event, introducing the Indian Postal Service’s “Dak Ghar Niryat Kendra” scheme. The event was a massive success, drawing participation from over 200 beginners & exporters and significantly enhancing logistical knowledge within the Madurai EPC cluster held in December 2024 at Hatsun Auditorium, TamilNadu Chamber of Commerce, Madurai.
Pioneering VIP Job Fair
I conceived and launched BNI Madurai’s first-ever exclusive job fair, “VIP.” Despite initial challenges, the event was a landmark success, uniting 50+ companies and 2500+ students and facilitating over 200 spot offers, creating a significant impact on the local employment ecosystem.
Board-Level Export Committee Nomination
I was invited to share the stage at the inauguration of the All Trade Chamber (ATC) in December 2024. During the event, I was honored to be elected as president of “You Export,” entrusted with a key leadership role in the chamber’s foundational growth. Also, in a significant step, I was nominated as a member of the Export Promotion Facilitation Committee (EPFC) of the Agro Food Trade Center. This position grants me the responsibility to contribute at board-level meetings, influencing export policy and facilitation.
President of 'You Export' Forum
Furthering my commitment to trade, I was nominated as the President of the “You Export” forum under the ATC. In this role, I guide and mentor businesses, focusing exclusively on accelerating their export growth and international market entry.
"You Export Summit 2025" Convenor
As Convenor and President, I led the “You Export Summit 2025” under the theme “For & By the Exporters.” I curated a speaker panel of top exporters, the FIEO-South Chairman, CEO of DBGT-Tuticorin Port, and ECGC officials, benefiting 500+ exporters and beginners in a landmark day-long event.
